We are hiring!Karün is going through a major internationalization process, we are growing from Latam to Europe,and now we are launching our arrival to the US AND EUIn this context, we are looking for a Comex & Planning SpecialistPosition’s main objectiveResponsible for all the management associated with imports and exports of both the final productand by-products for manufacturing. It implies being in charge of the logistics related to the customsand clearance processes, emphasizing the control and efficiency of processes and costs.Based on: Santiago preferably, but not exclusive.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensuring the correct import and export of eyewear products implies the proper interaction withcustoms and transport agents. Ensuring that all the correct import/export documentation is in place.● Support in the planning and management of the logistical aspects of the mobilization ofmerchandise at an international level.● Cargo consolidation full container load and less than container load● Focus on optimizing processes and efficiency in costs associated with the operation● Ensure all the correct import/export documentation is in place.● Develop & Implement suitable KPIs.● Forwarder management● Documentation management (import, export and triangulation)● Coordination of international processes● Coordination with Freight Forwarders / customs agency - transport● DDP calculation of raw materials and finished product.● Release of samples abroad● Coordination of unloading of the respective warehouses of the company● Sending documents abroad (courier account)● Foreign trade document review● Control of import invoices and process exports to the Finance department.● As for planning. Support the maintenance of the master data file and other files related to thepurchase orders with the factories to ensure the correct shipment of the products.Profile Requirements & Skills● Foreign trade engineer or similar degree.● At least three years of experience in a similar position.● Experience in international foreign trade● Ensure all the correct import/export documentation is in place.● Responsible for that the purchase orders are in due time, both for imports and for exports.● FCL & LCL management.● Forwarder management experience● Advance English● Experience in negotiations.● Ability to solve problems even when under pressure
