Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
● 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources; experiencewith recruitment and
organizational development preferred.
● Proficiency in English and Spanish
● Proficiency with computer-based software including Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Windows and
other in-house computer softwares.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
● Devises and implements sourcing strategies to build pipelines ofpotential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Contributes toensuring the staffing needs of the school are
being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
● Creates and implements candidate hiring processes to ensure a positiveexperience. Forms close relationships with Department/Division Heads to clarifycandidate/interviewer
expectations.
● Implements the hiring and onboarding processes of staff members,including orientation
programs, and creating employee files in the information systems.
● Plans and implements internal communication actions related to facultyand staff. Designs
and implements a staff engagement strategy, delivers content andcampaigns through
appropriate channels. Oversees internal climate initiatives.
● Based on research and available resources, plans and implementstraining programs to
support operations staff in their professional development. Prepares andpresents reports on
training programs KPIs for operations staff.
● Plans and implements performance assessment programs for operationsstaff.
● Plans and implements DEIJ initiatives based on local laws andinternational best practices.
● Oversees and manages budgets related to selection, training,development and internal
communications activities.
