We are looking for an HR Senior Specialist to impact the lives of our employees and our business!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's leaders in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide all general support of HR functions at country level
• Identify best practices and organizational efficiencies, as well as coach line managers to properly apply human resource policies and procedures within the country.
• Manage the process and implementation of the following: payroll, benefits, employee incentives programs, retention, turnover, recruitment, safety, employee relations, training and development.
• Work closely with the Leadership team to drive elements of the Talent Management Strategy (Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Performance Management, Development and Retention).
• The Human Resources Generalist will utilize solid business acumen to assertively partner with the management team regarding HR, Staffing, policies/procedures implementation, compliance, and general management topics.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining extraordinary levels of service through a high level of influence, execution and prioritizing of duties.
• Ensure adequate staffing of the own stores.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR (recruiting, payroll, performance management, compensation), ideally in fashion retail industry.
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
