DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

As a Program Coordinator, Customer Education, you are responsible for helping build and shape customers' experiences with PDU as well as grow the program internally and externally.

You will work with the Program Manager on the end-to-end PDU ILT experience, including all appropriate processes and continue to iterate on them. You will be responsible for collaboration across departments to coordinate all hand-offs needed to provide a flawless training program. This includes coordinating efforts with technical trainers and guiding them to be successful while delivering content. Problem-solving within the team, as well as with our clients will be pivotal to your success and our team's growth. You will also be responsible for running some basic customer training sessions/webinars to get immersed in the PagerDuty platform.

The person in this role is driven, a builder, and a strategic partner. They thrive in working cross-functionally in a hyper-growth environment, can run different projects at once while providing a team-oriented approach with all key partners.

They are passionate about increasing customer adoption, executing on revenue-generating plans, and can work autonomously to execute and deliver quality work.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Education, you will be a key partner to PagerDuty University / the Education department.

How You Impact Our Vision

• Support running an end-to-end instructor-led training program that is scalable and repeatable.
• Lead planning, implementation, training and communications around customer engagements
• Create process improvements, enablement documents, program rollouts, new tools when necessary
• Evaluate programs and analyze data and metrics to make improvements, and communicate the story of the PDU ILT experience effectiveness to key partners
• Provide ongoing onboarding support and consultation to department and regional leadership
• Run basic customer training sessions and webinars

 REQUISITOS

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in training or customer success
• Strong Project Management skills
• Understanding of and experience in instructional design/adult education
