What will be your role:
• Execute the talent attraction, diversity and inclusion strategy, and employer branding for IKEA Chile, Colombia, and Peru
• Ensure that all recruitment initiatives aim to strengthen teams and the business through our values.
What you will be doing?
• Recruit candidates internally and externally to fill competence and talent needs
• Responsible for all the stages of the talent attraction process: intake meeting, benchmark, sourcing, screening, interview, longlist and shortlist, etc.
• Responsible for accomplishing the KPIs of the assigned requisitions and support other processes as required
• Support the talent attraction, diversity, and inclusión, and employer branding strategy at a regional level, offering constant support with the People & Culture teams for the various business units
• Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement projects related to People & Culture
• Being in constant alignment with the team, helping succession and change management plans to be supported by the talent attraction strategy.
• Promote internal mobility within the career development at IKEA, key to growing our strategy in the region
Requisitos
Candidato
- · Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in recruitment and talent attraction processes
- · Experience in recruitment for retail
- · English, spoken and written at the business level
